From targeting a specific event like Ironman or 1st time sprint distance, to specific disciplines of each sport like transitions, swim video analysis, marathon, open water swim clinics, etc. - you name it and we can help!
Typically we run these for individuals and small groups from 2 to 6, 1/2 day to five days; each day consisting of 3-6 hours of coached training and fitness classes along with 1-2 hours of teaching, technique and detailed instructions. Each clinic is designed for you - to address your specific needs.
We can build you any type of program based entirely on your goals and requirements in any discipline from Personal Fitness to Triathlon and tailored precisely for your needs. 3 day 'boot camp' with swimming, TT cycling and track work? Want to test your VO2 max, or have an underwater video session? You pick what you want.
